Welcome to the Stream RV website. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.streamrv.com and the pages, forms, inventory listings, messaging features, and other online services available through it (collectively, the “Site”).
The Site is operated by Stream RV, LLC (“Stream RV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 171 Village CT, Creedmoor, NC 27522.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Scope of these Terms
These Terms apply only to use of the Site. They do not replace or modify any buyer’s order, bill of sale, purchase agreement, service authorization, repair order, consignment agreement, financing agreement, warranty or service contract, or other document signed in connection with a transaction. If these Terms conflict with an executed transaction document, the executed transaction document controls for that transaction.
The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to submit an inquiry or enter into a transaction through information obtained from the Site.
2. Information on the Site
We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but typographical errors, data-feed delays, omissions, and other mistakes can occur. Inventory descriptions, photographs, videos, equipment lists, floorplans, dimensions, mileage, condition reports, prices, and availability are provided for general information and may change without notice.
Photographs may not show every feature, defect, or item included with a vehicle. Manufacturer specifications and third-party data may differ from the actual vehicle. You are responsible for confirming the information important to your purchase directly with Stream RV before relying on it.
The Site is not professional, legal, tax, insurance, mechanical, or financial advice. General maintenance, towing, electrical, solar, lithium, or other technical information is not a substitute for an inspection or advice specific to your vehicle and intended use.
3. Inventory, pricing, and availability
An inventory listing is an invitation to inquire and is not an offer, promise, reservation, or guarantee that a vehicle is available or will be sold at a particular price. A form submission, appointment request, saved vehicle, text message, phone conversation, deposit inquiry, or other communication does not create a sale or hold a vehicle unless Stream RV agrees in a separate written document signed by an authorized representative.
Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, an advertised vehicle price includes Stream RV’s $499 documentation fee and excludes government taxes, title and registration charges. Optional delivery, shipping, lender, warranty, service-contract, or customer-requested charges may also apply. Contact us for a written out-the-door price based on the vehicle and the state where it will be titled or registered.
Prices and availability may change before a binding agreement is signed. If a listing contains an error, we may correct it and may decline or cancel a proposed transaction before execution of final sale documents, subject to applicable law. We will not substitute a different vehicle or add an undisclosed product or charge without your agreement.
Most vehicles offered by Stream RV are pre-owned. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, vehicles are offered AS IS — WHERE IS, with all faults and without a dealer warranty. Any manufacturer warranty, third-party service contract, or optional extended-coverage product is governed solely by its own written terms. Required disclosures and the final terms of sale will be provided in the transaction documents.

4. Inquiries, appointments, and forms
Submitting a contact, viewing, service, trade, consignment, or other form asks us to respond to your request. It does not guarantee an appointment, appraisal, repair date, purchase offer, consignment acceptance, financing approval, or vehicle availability. An appointment is confirmed only when Stream RV communicates its acceptance.
Please provide accurate, current information. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank-account details, payment-card data, driver’s-license images, health information, or other sensitive information through a general Site form unless the form specifically requests it and identifies a secure reason for collecting it.

5. Financing information and third-party lenders
Information on our Financing page is general information only. Stream RV may identify lenders or credit unions that customers can contact directly, but we do not promise approval, rates, terms, payments, or availability of credit. A lender makes its own independent credit decision under its own terms and privacy practices.
Any payment estimate is illustrative and may not include every tax, fee, insurance cost, lender charge, or optional product. Review the lender’s disclosures and final documents before accepting financing. Stream RV is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or decisions of an independent lender.
6. Service, trade, and consignment information
Descriptions of service and repair work, estimates, scheduling information, and general technical content do not authorize work or create a warranty. The scope, price, timing, authorization, storage terms, and applicable warranty for service work are governed by the repair order, service authorization, and other documents for that job.
Online sell or trade estimates are preliminary and depend on inspection, title status, condition, market changes, and verification of the information supplied. They are not binding purchase or trade offers unless set out in a separate writing signed by Stream RV.
Information about our consignment program is a general overview. Stream RV’s acceptance of a vehicle and the parties’ rights and obligations arise only under a separately executed consignment agreement.
7. Calls and text messages
If you ask us to contact you and provide a telephone number, you authorize Stream RV and its service providers to call or text that number as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, coordinate an appointment, or provide transaction-related updates. Message and data rates may apply.
Marketing or promotional calls and texts will be sent only when you separately provide any consent required by law. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance. A request to stop marketing does not prevent non-marketing communications that are necessary to complete or service a transaction you requested, where permitted by law.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of any telephone number you provide and will notify us if the number changes or is reassigned.
8. Content you submit
You retain ownership of photographs, descriptions, messages, reviews, and other material you submit through the Site (“User Content”). You grant Stream RV a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, store, reproduce, and use that User Content only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, evaluate a vehicle or service need, operate and protect the Site, and comply with law.
Submitting photographs or information for a trade or consignment evaluation does not by itself authorize Stream RV to publicly advertise your vehicle. Any broader advertising rights will be addressed in a separate agreement.
You represent that your User Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to provide it, and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or harmful content.
9. Acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and legitimate business-inquiry purposes. You may not:
- interfere with the Site, its hosting, security, or operation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, database, or nonpublic area;
- introduce malware, harmful code, excessive traffic, or denial-of-service activity;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority;
- use the Site to send spam, unlawful solicitations, or fraudulent requests;
- collect personal information about other users;
- copy, scrape, harvest, index, or extract Site content by automated means for resale, competitive inventory aggregation, model training, or another commercial purpose without our written permission; or
- remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices.
Ordinary use of a web browser and indexing by generally recognized search engines in accordance with our robots.txt file are permitted. We may suspend or block access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, Stream RV, our customers, or others.
10. Intellectual property
The Site and its original text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, software, and arrangement are owned by Stream RV or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Vehicle manufacturer names, logos, and product marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to view and print Site pages for your personal, noncommercial use. No other right or license is granted.
If you believe material on the Site infringes your rights, send a detailed notice through our Contact page or by mail to the address in Section 18. Include your contact information, identification of the protected work, the location of the material, the basis for your claim, and a statement that the information you provide is accurate.
11. Third-party sites and services
The Site may link to or use services operated by others, such as lenders, mapping providers, video platforms, social networks, analytics providers, chat or messaging providers, and vehicle-data sources. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. A link or integration does not mean Stream RV controls or guarantees that service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stream RV is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices, products, services, decisions, or transactions. Review the third party’s terms before using its service or providing information to it.
12. Privacy and cookies
Our collection and use of personal information through the Site are described in our Privacy Policy. The Site may also display a cookie or consent notice that provides choices about nonessential cookies and similar technologies. If a Site feature has a more specific privacy or consent notice, that notice also applies to the feature.
13. Disclaimer of Site warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” STREAM RV DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE SITE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL ALWAYS BE CORRECTED. THIS SECTION CONCERNS THE SITE; WARRANTIES OR DISCLAIMERS APPLICABLE TO A VEHICLE, PART, REPAIR, OR OTHER TRANSACTION ARE GOVERNED BY THE SEPARATE TRANSACTION DOCUMENTS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the exclusions above may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAM RV AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF USE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. This limitation concerns use of the Site and does not replace the remedies, allocations of risk, or limitations stated in an executed transaction document or provided by applicable consumer law.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Stream RV and its owners, employees, and agents harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your material violation of these Terms, or User Content that you had no right to submit. This section does not require you to indemnify anyone for that person’s own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any nonwaivable right under applicable law, a dispute arising solely from these Terms or use of the Site must be brought in the state courts located in Granville County, North Carolina, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, as applicable.
This section does not alter a dispute-resolution provision in a separately executed transaction document. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from bringing an eligible individual claim in small-claims court or seeking temporary or emergency relief where legally available.
17. Changes, severability, and entire agreement
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning use of the Site, subject to any feature-specific notice and any separately executed transaction document.
