This policy explains what information Stream RV collects through this website, why we collect it, who receives it, and what you can do about it. We keep it plain, because that is how we would want it explained to us.

Who we are

Stream RV, LLC is a family-owned RV dealership and service shop at 171 Village CT, Creedmoor, NC 27522. You can reach us at 919-891-9577 — call or text. This policy covers www.streamrv.com and the pages served under it.

What we collect

• Contact information. When you fill out a form, we receive what you typed: your name, phone number, and email address.
• Inquiry and vehicle information. Depending on the form, this can include the RV you are asking about, requested appointment times, your RV’s year, make, model, mileage, and condition, whether it has a loan or lien, a description of the service work you need, and — for insurance repair requests — your insurer and claim number.
• Photos and uploads. Photographs you attach to a sell, trade, or consignment request.
• Messages. Anything you write in a free-form message box, and the back-and-forth that follows by phone, text, or email.
• Saved RVs. If you save listings on this site, your selections are stored in your own browser. If you email yourself a saved list, we receive that email address and the saved links.
• Technical information. Standard log data such as IP address, browser type, the pages visited, and the site or search that sent you here; your cookie-consent choices; and, unless you opt out, analytics data about how the site is used.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial-account numbers, or credit information through this website. Stream RV does not process credit applications — lenders do that on their own sites.

How we use it

• To answer your question, quote your job, or schedule your visit.
• To create a contact record in our customer-messaging system so the right person follows up.
• To route your inquiry to the right sales or service mailbox and send confirmations.
• To follow up about an RV, a repair, or a request you started.
• To keep records of service and sales work we performed, and to meet tax, dealer, warranty, and other legal recordkeeping obligations.
• To measure, in aggregate, how the site is used — for example, which pages lead to inquiries or phone calls.
• To prevent spam, abuse, and security incidents, and to keep the site working and reasonably fast.
• To keep a record of your consent choices.
• To send marketing messages only where you have separately opted in or another lawful basis applies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not use your personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Analytics and cookies

Some cookies are needed to make the site work. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics runs by default; you can turn it off at any time through the consent banner or the Manage Consent page, and we honor browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. When you opt out, analytics stops collecting on this device. This site runs no advertising tags.

Who we share it with

Service providers that act for us, and only so they can provide their service to us:

• Customer messaging and lead management (currently Podium) — your contact details and what your inquiry is about, so we can respond and keep the conversation in one place.
• Website platform and hosting (WordPress with Fluent Forms, hosted at Kinsta) — form submissions, uploads, logs, caching, and backups.
• Email (Google Workspace) — form notifications and our replies to you.
• Analytics (Google Analytics) — usage data as described above, unless you opt out.
• Site security and consent tools (currently Wordfence and Complianz) — technical logs and your consent choices.
• Shop systems we use to write estimates and repair orders.

These providers may change as our systems change, but the categories will stay accurate. Content embedded from other companies — maps, videos, social-media links — is delivered by those companies under their own privacy policies when you interact with it. If you ask us to introduce you to a lender or an insurer, we share only what you agree to share, and any application happens on their site under their policy.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it; to protect our rights, property, or safety or someone else’s; or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, financing, or sale of business assets, with appropriate protections for your information.

Calls, texts and email

If you ask us to contact you, we will use your contact information to reply, coordinate your appointment, and handle the transaction you started. Marketing texts or calls are sent only with any consent the law requires, and agreeing to marketing is never a condition of doing business with us. Reply STOP to any marketing text to opt out, or HELP for assistance; you can also call 919-891-9577. Opting out of marketing does not stop the practical messages needed to finish something you asked us to do.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
• Change your cookie and analytics choices at Manage Consent.

We may need to verify who you are before we act on a request, and we may keep information the law requires or permits us to keep — if so, we will tell you. We respond within the time applicable law requires. Depending on where you live, some of these may be legal rights; we offer them to everyone as a matter of practice.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records while we are actively working with you and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back. Records of sales and service work are kept as long as tax, warranty, and North Carolina dealer recordkeeping rules require. Security logs and technical records are kept for shorter periods appropriate to their purpose, and consent records are kept as evidence of your choices. Copies may persist for a limited time in routine backups after deletion from active systems; backups are restricted and cycle out on a schedule. We may retain information longer where needed for legal claims or fraud prevention.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we ask you not to send sensitive personal or financial details through the forms on this site.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Where information is processed

This website and our service providers process information in the United States. The site is intended for visitors in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes apply from the date posted.
